What’s included and what does it mean?

This is an evaluation of your hearing conducted by our qualified audiologist. It helps determine the extent of your hearing loss and any specific needs you may have.

You will receive your hearing aid as part of the package. These devices are designed to amplify sounds and improve your ability to hear.

Once you have selected your hearing aids, they will be fitted to your ears and adjusted to your specific hearing needs. Fine-tuning ensures that the devices provide optimal sound quality and comfort.

The packages include a warranty that covers any repairs or malfunctions of the hearing aids within the specified period. This warranty provides added peace of mind.

Throughout the warranty period, you will have access to aftercare services, which may include adjustments, cleanings, and general maintenance of the hearing aids. Additional fees may apply for aftercare services.

About six weeks after wearing the hearing aids, you will have a follow-up appointment to assess your progress and address any concerns or adjustments needed.

During the four-year period, you will have the opportunity to get your ears checked by a professional at no additional cost. This allows for early detection of any changes in your ear health.

As part of the package, you will receive ear wax removal session/s (depending on the package). Ear wax build-up can affect hearing, so removing it can improve the performance of your hearing aids.

The package includes hearing aids categorised as Technology Levels. This classification indicates the technology level and features of the devices. Higher technology levels typically offer more advanced features and customisation options.

After four years, you will be eligible for another hearing assessment to evaluate any changes in your hearing. We expect changes to hearing to occur every 3-4 years therefore, we like to check your hearing in order to ensure your hearing aids are working at the right level.
